    young rhubarb, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 6 Tbsp
    unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    quick cooking oats

How to Make Crumbly-Topped Rhubarb


  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. In a 10x6x2 inch baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients.
  3. Cream the butter with the flour and brown sugar, then stir in the oats.
  4. Sprinkle over the rhubarb.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender and the top is brown.
