brown sugar
1/2 c
quick cooking oats

How to Make Crumbly-Topped Rhubarb


  • 1Preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2In a 10x6x2 inch baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients.
  • 3Cream the butter with the flour and brown sugar, then stir in the oats.
  • 4Sprinkle over the rhubarb.
  • 5Bake for 40 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender and the top is brown.
