This a delicious breakfast/brunch dish. These apples are yummy as a side dish or spooned on waffles!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 6
    apples large
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick
    cold butter sliced

How to Make Crockpot Baked Cinnamon Apples

Step-by-Step

  1. peel, core and slice apples. Put all ingredients except butter in crockpot and stir well to coat.
  2. Slice butter and place on top of apples. Cook on low for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. Stir once halfway through cooking.
