crispy berry pudding
I like to make this in the summer when berries are plentiful. You can use different berries if you like but this combination taste phenominal.

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 quart strawberries, fresh
- 1 pint raspberries, fresh
- 1 pint blueberries, fresh
- 2/3 cup sugar
How To Make crispy berry pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place margarine in 2 quart oval casserole. Heat margarine til melted.

Step 2Combine flour,brown sugar, baking powder and salt, Stir in milk to make a batter. Pour batter over melted margarine in casserole dish. DO NOT STIR !!!!! combine berries and sugar. Spoon the berry mixture over top of batter. DO NOT STIR!!!!!!!Place foil in oven to catch spills. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.
