1 pkg(4 serving size) jell-o brand sugar free gelatin, any flavor
3/4 cboiling water
1/2 ccold water
1 pkg(8 ounces) vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/2 tspvanilla optional
How to Make Creamy Yogurt Cups
- Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 cup and add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice.
- Site in yogurt and vanilla.
- Pour into individual dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
- Garnish if desired.
