Ingredients

  • 1
    (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 pkg
    8oz cool whip
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 qt
    strawberries

How to Make Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl slice strawberries add the 2 Tbsp brown sugar and let the strawberries set while making your filling.

    Grease a 9in spring form pan you could also use a cake pan for this recipe.

    press cookie dough in bottom of pan and bake it at 350 degree's for 15-17 minutes. remove and let cool while making the filling, this is all the cooking required so you can shut your oven off now.

    Mix 2 pkg cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.
    Now add the 2 8oz containers of Cool Whip mix well. Fold in the bowl of strawberries.

    Pour filling on top of cookie dough, cover and refrigerate overnight... ENJOY...
