- 1 - (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 packages 8oz cool whip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 quart strawberries
How To Make creamy strawberry cheesecake

Step 1In a small bowl slice strawberries add the 2 Tbsp brown sugar and let the strawberries set while making your filling. Grease a 9in spring form pan you could also use a cake pan for this recipe. press cookie dough in bottom of pan and bake it at 350 degree's for 15-17 minutes. remove and let cool while making the filling, this is all the cooking required so you can shut your oven off now. Mix 2 pkg cream cheese, sugar & vanilla. Now add the 2 8oz containers of Cool Whip mix well. Fold in the bowl of strawberries. Pour filling on top of cookie dough, cover and refrigerate overnight... ENJOY...
