creamy peach cobbler
One of my "throw together" recipes. So creamy and rich...it will melt in your mouth. Great served alone or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

How To Make creamy peach cobbler
-
Step 1To make the filling, mix the frozen peaches, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large sauce pan on the stove. Cover and let simmer on a very low burner until peaches are thawed and tender. Set aside to cool.
-
Step 2Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt the butter in a 9x13 pan in the oven. To make the cobbler, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until well blended. Pour mixture on top of melted butter in the pan.
-
Step 3Layer the cooled peaches with the juice on top of the batter. For the topping, slice the butter into individual tablespoons and disperse evenly onto the top. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
-
Step 4Bake at 350 degrees F until done (about 50 to 60 minutes).
