1 package ( 6oz ) orange- flavored gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 can ( 8 oz ) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup lemon-lime soft drink

How To Make creamy gelatin delight

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water in a bowl. Add cream cheese to mixture and pulse in blender to thoroughly mix. Add pineapple with juice, vanilla and soda until evenly combined. Pour into 4-6 dessert dishes. Chill until set.
