cream cheese-stuffed pumpkin donut holes
My daughters recipe that I fell in love with. I love anything pumpkin, and especially w/ cream cheese, goes great w/ my coffee...yum!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- dash cloves
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - egg
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
How To Make cream cheese-stuffed pumpkin donut holes

Step 1Fill a pot w/ oil, heat until hot enough to fry. In bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Add to flour mix, just until combined. gather a spoonful of dough, and place a cube of cream cheese in center of dough. Cover the cream cheese fully w/ dough.

Step 3Repeat w/ dough and cream cheese. Gently place donut holes in batches in oil. Fry a few minutes each side. Drain on paper towels. In small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll donut holes in mix.
