cranberry square crisp
Hey c'mon ~~~ how easy is this one to make ? Of course I have many recipes for cranberries but like to share easy ones for this time of year with the Holidays coming up, we only have so much time right? Hope you enjoy !

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 - egg white
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- - pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
How To Make cranberry square crisp

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick oil.

Step 2Mix cranberries, walnuts and 1/3 cup of the sugar. Spread in baking pan !

Step 3Mix together remaining cup of sugar and all other ingredients. Stir until smooth. Pour over cranberries,

Step 4Bake 40 minutes or until top crust becomes light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes. Cut into 3" squares.
