Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons shortening, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make cranberry pecan cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a plastic bag shake 1/4 cup sugar, chopped pecans and cranberries together. Pour into the bottom of a 8-inch well greased pie pan.

Step 3Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the berries, sugar and pecans.

Step 4Bake for 40-45 minutes. You can serve this warm or cooled.
