cranberry orange crisp
This was originally a cranberry raisin pie recipe, but I switched it up a bit, and the family likes this better! Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 bottle small 12oz bottle orange juice
- 1 package 5 oz. dried cranberries
- 1 package 4.5 oz. raisins
- 1 cup coarsly chopped pecans
- - topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla exact
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup oatmeal
How To Make cranberry orange crisp

Step 1Preheat oven to 325* Grease, or pam a large round glass casserole dish.

Step 2In a medium sized saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; gradually stir in the orange juice until smooth. Stir in cranberries, and raisins. Heat over med-high heat stirring constantly until boiling. boil 1 min, remove from heat and pour mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

Step 3Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the cranberry mixture.. In a seperate bowl; to softened butter add the sugar, flour, vanilla, almond extract and cinnamon; add the oatmeal and mix until crumbly with a fork... Sprinkle topping over cranberry mixture.

Step 4Bake for 40 min. Enjoy!
