I found this recipe a number of years ago. I don't remember where. My husband doesn't care for for cranberries, so I have not made it that often. In fact, I had misplaced it for awhile. But, I would like to make it, since I found it.

Ingredients

1 c
uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c
flour
1 c
brown sugar
1/3 c
butter
1 can(s)
whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce

How to Make Cranberry Crunch

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.
  • 2Mix first 3 ingredients together. Cut in butter, until crumbly. Place half of this mixture in the prepared pan.
  • 3Cover mixture with whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce. Top with the remaining oat mixture.
  • 4Bake 45 minutes. Serve hot, topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
