first butter a shallow baking dish, in a large bowl combine the instant brown rice, can of cranberries, lemon juice, 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, half of the cinnamon & salt
pour into prepared dish, then in a seperate small bowl, combine the graham crushed crackers, rest of cinnamon, brown sugar and butter...mix well and top the dish
bake 350 for 20 mins. till golden brown... cool for at least 30 mins... serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped whip if desired
