THIS SURE MAKES THE HOUSE SMELL GOOD....TASTE GOOD TOO.... WE ARE HAVIN THIS TODAY AS PART OF OUR X-MAS DINNER HERE[HAVIN IT HERE TODAY CUZ NEXT WEEKEND WILL BE IN INDY WITH HUBBIES MON AND SISTERS]

Ingredients

  • 4-6 medium red apples,pealed and cored and sliced
  • 1/2 package dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons splenda
  • 2 sticks butter,softened
  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 cup mixed nuts[optioanal]
  • 1/4 cup splenda

How To Make cranberry/apple crisp

  • Step 1
    mix apples and cranberries together add flour,sugar mix well pour into 9 in pie plate
  • Step 2
    add spices to softened butter mix well add sugar mix well add oatmeal mix til crumbly add to top of fruitsprinkle with nuts[if using] or sprinkle last sugar on top
  • Step 3
    have oven preheated to 350 bake crisp for 25 min remove from oven let cool serve with van ice cream or cool whip...... enjoy!!!!
