I used this recipe a lot in the fall when I was a Pampered Chef Consultant. So easy and versatile. Great right out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is easy for kids to make using the Apple-Peeler-Corer-Slicer from Pampered Chef. If you don't have one cut apples thin.

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1 - fresh lemon
  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough

How To Make cookie apple cobbler

Heat oven to 350F. Peel, core and slice apples with apple-peeler-corer-slicer. If you don't have one, do the above by hand and slice thin. Combine with brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, allspice. Squeeze lemon juice on apple mixture. Place in a ungreased deep dish pan. Spoon cookie dough on top. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 35 minutes or until cookies on top are done.
