  • 2 Tbsp
    plain flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 6 c
    granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    pillsbury sugar cookie roll

How to Make Cookie Apple Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon with apples. Toss to coat apples well.
  3. Spoon into ungreased casserole dish. Spoon cookie dough by teaspoons over apples.
  4. Combine sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over cookie dough. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
