How to Make Cooked Fresh Pears
1Cook sugar and water until it boils about 10 - 15 minutes. Add the pears and return to boil and let boil 3 minutes.
2Take pears out of juice and cool separately. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the pears to them from turning brown.
3Put 3/4 pears to 1/4 juice in a quart size freezer bag and freeze or use for Country Fresh Pear Pie!
