This is a quick and easy treat for you banana lovers. When I have company I always double the batch. This can also be served over pound cake and my son has eaten it over ice cream as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 - banana's, peeled, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut ( i use coco lopez )
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 - slices angel food cake 1/2 inch thick
  • whipped - cream and pinch of cinnamon for garnish

How To Make ~ coco - banana deliciousness ~

  • Step 1
    In a medium skillet, whisk together the cream of coconut and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and add the banana's and vanilla. stir and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Plate your cake, 3 slices per plate. Ladle half the banana's and syrup over cake. Add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Yum! My son loves this quick and easy treat!
