- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large plantains, or bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
How To Make cinnamon spiced dessert plantains w/ natilla cream

Step 1Melt the butter and stir in the honey and cinnamon. Fry the plantains in the mixture until soft, turning once.

Step 2Combine the two creams and mix well.

Step 3Place the plantains on plates, pour some of the honey/cinnamon mixture over them, top with the cream mixture, and serve.
