How to Make Cinnamon Baked Apples
- Pour whisky over raisins; let soak.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Peel, core, and cut apples in eigths. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and apple pie spice over apple mixture; mix well so apples are well coated.
- Pour whisky and raisins over apple mixture. Mix well.
- Cut butter into bits. Sprinkle randomly over apple mixture. Cover.
- Bake for about 20 minutes (apples should be soft).
- Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
