How to Make Cinnamon Baked Apples
1Pour whisky over raisins; let soak.
3Peel, core, and cut apples in eigths. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
4Sprinkle brown sugar and apple pie spice over apple mixture; mix well so apples are well coated.
5Pour whisky and raisins over apple mixture. Mix well.
6Cut butter into bits. Sprinkle randomly over apple mixture. Cover.
7Bake for about 20 minutes (apples should be soft).
8Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
