I got this recipe from my friend Cheryl. Great dessert for potlucks and office gatherings.

Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 and 1/4 cups white sugar
- 3 sticks butter, unsalted, room temperature
- 2 cans apple pie filling
- - cinnamon
How To Make cheryl's apple crisp

Step 1Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2Add flour and blend all together until crumbly.

Step 3Take half of the mixture and spread (do not press too hard) on bottom of greased 9x13 pan (I prefer glass).

Step 4Pour 2 cans apple pie filling. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple pie filing. Take the other half of mixture and crumble all over the top of the apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve warm with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream.
