How to Make Cheryl's Apple Crisp
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour and blend all together until crumbly.
- Take half of the mixture and spread (do not press too hard) on bottom of greased 9x13 pan (I prefer glass).
- Pour 2 cans apple pie filling. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple pie filing. Take the other half of mixture and crumble all over the top of the apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve warm with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream.
