  • 6 Tbsp
    melted butter/margarine
  • 1 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 c
    powdered sugar, heaping
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    nondairy whipped topping or small carton cool whip
  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Cherry Delight


  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs & margarine to make crust. Press into 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then allow crust to cool.
  2. In small bowl add sugar, milk and cream cheese. Beat with mixer until creamy and smooth.
  3. Spread over cooled crust. Add chopped pecans on top.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put whipped topping over nuts. Top with cherry pie filling.
