THIS HAS BECOME A FAVORITE DESSERT AND SUPER EASY TO MAKE. I GOT IT ORIGINALLY FROM "MOM'S ON LINE" WEB PAGE BUT THEY NO LONGER EXIST. WISH I COULD CLAIM IT AS MY OWN!

Ingredients

1-2 CANS - cherry pie filling
1 BOX - cake mix, yellow
1 tsp - almond extract
dash - cinnamon
1/2 stick - butter or margarine (melted)

How To Make cherry crunch (aka sex in a pan)

Step 1

Spread pie filling from can into a 9x13in. baking dish. Sprinkle filling with almond extract and cinnamon. Then sprinkle evenly the box of cake mix (dry) over the filling. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix. Pop it into the oven at 350 degress (f) for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool. For an extra scrumptous dessert add a scoop of vanilla ice cream over each serving.
