Ingredients
- 1 16-oz cans bing cherries
- 2 tablespoons kirsch
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot, dissolved in water
How To Make cherries jubilee

Step 1Drain cherries. Reserve juice from can.

Step 2In chafing dish or skillet, heat juice.

Step 3Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4Add cherries. Bring again to boil.

Step 5Add arrowroot and continue boiling for a few seconds, until liquid thickens.

Step 6Sprinkle with slightly warmed kirsch and ignite.
