Ingredients

4 largetart apples, cored
-
1/2 capple juice

4 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar substitute
-
12hot cinnamon candies
-
4 Tbsplight, soft tub margarine
-
8caramel candies
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
How to Make Caramel Apples: DIABETIC FRIENDLY
- Remove one half inch wide strip of peel off the top of each apple and place apples in crockpot.
Pour apple juice over apples. - Fill the center of each apple with one T brown sugar, one quarter T brown sugar substitute, 3 hot cinnamon candies, one T margarine, and 2 caramels. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cook on low for four to six hors or until tender.
Serve hot with juice from bottom of crockpot. You may add non fat whipped cream if you wish. - Nutritional values:
