Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Chill for at least 15 minutes. Core and slice red and green apples and place in
a bowl. Sprinkle with Fruit Fresh and lemon juice and add cold water to cover
apples. Spread cream cheese mixture into a 9 inch layer on a 12 to 16 inch
serving plate. Spread caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer and top with the
crushed candy. Drain apple slices and arrange alternating colors around the edge
of the plate. This dish can be made ahead.
