A dessert that's so good, you'll go back for seconds. Great any time of the year, but especially in Fall when apples are at their peak.

brown sugar
2 stick
butter, softened
2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
plus 2 tbs. sugar
large eggs
1 tsp
granny smith apples(peeled, cored, and finely chopped)
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 jar(s)
caramel ice cream topping


1 c
brown sugar
1 c
1/2 c
oatmeal, uncooked
1 stick
butter, room temperature

How to Make Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil.
  • 2In a medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press evenly into pan and bake for 15 min or until lightly browned.
  • 3In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla. Pour over crust.
  • 4In a small bowl, stir together apple pieces, 2 Tbs. sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer.
  • 5Streusel topping: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well mixed. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
  • 6Bake for 30 min or until filling is set. Drizzle with caramel topping and serve. (Can also be topped by a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.)
