Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 6 cups sliced granny smith apples
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 large can pillsbury grand biscuits
How To Make caramel-apple biscuits

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, heat butter and caramel topping over medium heat until bubbling.

Step 2Stir in brown sugar and apples. Cook until apples are tender. Sprinkle 1 tbsp pecans into each muffin tin. Spoon 1/3 cup caramel topping into each cup.

Step 3Stretch 1 biscuit to cover 1 muffin cup fully. Repeat w. each biscuit. Bake 20 mins, or until golden. Cool 5 mins. Carefully scoop out muffins onto a plate.
