How to Make Caramel-apple biscuits
- Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, heat butter and caramel topping over medium heat until bubbling.
- Stir in brown sugar and apples. Cook until apples are tender. Sprinkle 1 tbsp pecans into each muffin tin. Spoon 1/3 cup caramel topping into each cup.
- Stretch 1 biscuit to cover 1 muffin cup fully. Repeat w. each biscuit. Bake 20 mins, or until golden. Cool 5 mins. Carefully scoop out muffins onto a plate.
