How to Make Butter Tarts

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Roll out pastry dough. Cut into 4" rounds. Place in muffin cups.
  3. Place raisins in cups.
  4. Mix all other ingredients in bowl, then divide into cups.
  5. Place muffin tin on bottom shelf of oven and cook 12-15 minutes until filling is set. Cool on wire racks.
