butter crisp peach cobbler
I was out of cinnamon so I substituted apple and pumpkin pie spice and it worked out deliciously. I especially like the crust because it is buttery and crispy.

Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced peaches 15 oz
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 roll - pillsbury refrigerated ready made pie crust or homemade pastry
- NOTE: MAY VARY SPICE TO YOUR LIKING- 2 TSP APPLE SPICE SPICE, OR 2 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE OR 2 TSP CINNAMON OR ANY COMBINATION
How To Make butter crisp peach cobbler

Step 1Combine 1 cup sugar with 2 cans peaches including syrup. Mix well and pour into 13 x 9 in (glass) baking dish.

Step 2Roll out crust and place over peaches.

Step 3Cut 3/4 stick butter into pats and place over crust.

Step 4Combine 1/4 cup sugar with spices and sprinkle over crust.

Step 5Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
