I have made this recipe since the early 60's. A Very Easy recipe, I made it often as My children were growing up. This was a FAMILY FAVORITE. It doesn't have Oats in it. You can use Peaches or other fruits as well as Blueberries.

Ingredients
- MIX THE FOLLOWING 4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- 1 Cup - flour
- 1 Cup - sugar
- 1 tsp - baking powder
- 1 Tbs - cinnamon
- ADD 1 EGG & STIR UNTIL CRUMBLY
- 6-8 - large apples, peeled and sliced, or desired fruit
- 1/4 cup - melted butter

Step 1Preheat Oven @ 350. Grease a 7X11 pan. Follow directions as above for the crumbly topping. Set aside.

Step 2Peel and slice Apples. Cover bottom of 7X11 pan with apples. Then spread crumbly mixture over apples Melt 1/4 C Butter. Drizzle over top of entire dish.

Step 3Bake @ 350 for 40 min. Serve Hot with Ice Cream, or Whipped Cream. . .!!
