Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel, divided in half
How To Make blueberry upside-down cake

Step 1Melt butter in a 13x9x2" pan. Sprinkle sugar evenly over melted butter.

Step 2Mix blueberries with 2 teaspoons of lemon peel; sprinkle over sugar.

Step 3Prepare cake according to package directions; stirring in 2 teaspoons of lemon peel at the end of mixing.

Step 4Spread batter over berries. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until the cake is done. Let stand for 10 minutes; turn out on a platter.
