This is a recipe my mom brought home with her when she went to visit her aunt out in Texas several years ago. It's a great quick recipe that is perfect with some vanilla ice cream on top ;)

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup boiling water
How To Make blueberry pudding cake

Step 1Toss blueberries with cinnamon and lemon juice. Put in greased 8 inch square baking dish. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder; stir in milk and butter. Spoon over berries. Combine sugar and cornstarch from the topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Slowly pour boiling water over all.

Step 2Bake at 350* for 45-50 mins or till the cake tests done.
