Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup boiling water
How To Make blueberry pudding cake

Step 1Toss blueberries with cinnamon and lemon juice. Put in greased 8" square baking dish.

Step 2In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder; stir in milk and butter. Spoon over berries. Combine sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over batter.

Step 3Slowly pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes or till the cake tests done. Enjoy!
