How to Make Blueberry Crunch
- Preheat oven to 350°. In oblong cake pan, layer the following in order given. DO NOT STIR. Pineapple, blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar, and end with cake mix.
- Drizzle over cake mix: melted butter, nuts (I use pecans.) and 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Bake 45 minutes or until light brown. Turn off oven and let set a few minutes.
