Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup flour + 1 tablespoon
- 1/3 cup packed, brown sugar
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 4 tablespoons softened , butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make ~ blueberry crunch ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Spray a 2 - 2 1/2 quart deep dish casserole or grease. Place blueberries in the dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar.

Step 2In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients, using a pastry blender - blend until mixture is crumbly.

Step 3Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
