Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, unsalted
- 1 3/4 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 16 ounces blueberries, fresh
- pinch salt
- - juice from 1 lemon
How To Make blueberry cobbler

Step 1Pour 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk in milk.

Step 2Melt half stick of butter. Pour into batter and mix well. Butter a 2 quart baking dish and pour in your batter.

Step 3Wash your blueberries, patting them dry then squeezing your lemon juice over the top. Pour berries on top of the batter.

Step 4Soften your remaining butter, then mix in your remaining sugars to make a crumble. Take this crumble mixture and place right on top of your blueberries.

Step 5Bake for one hour at 350 degrees and enjoy.
