  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, unsalted
  • 1 3/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
  • 1 1/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 16 oz
    blueberries, fresh
  • pinch
  • ·
    juice from 1 lemon

How to Make Blueberry Cobbler


  1. Pour 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk in milk.
  2. Melt half stick of butter. Pour into batter and mix well. Butter a 2 quart baking dish and pour in your batter.
  3. Wash your blueberries, patting them dry then squeezing your lemon juice over the top. Pour berries on top of the batter.
  4. Soften your remaining butter, then mix in your remaining sugars to make a crumble. Take this crumble mixture and place right on top of your blueberries.
  5. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees and enjoy.
