Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crisco shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg beaten
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup drained blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
How To Make blueberry buckle

Step 1Cream shortening in bowl, add 1/2 cup sugar and egg Mix well. Sift 2 cups flour with salt and baking powder. add this to creamed shortening mixture. alternately with milk.

Step 2Pour into greased 9inch round cake pan, sprinkle blueberries over batter. Combine remaining sugar, remaining flour and cinnamon in small bowl.

Step 3cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives,until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of blueberries. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake is done.
