Ingredients

4 cfrozen blueberries (fresh when in season)

1 Tbspcornstarch

3 Tbsplight agave nectar
-
1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

FOR THE TOPPING:
-
1/2 crolled oats
-
1/4 cchopped toasted slivered almonds (you can use regular or sliced)
-
1/4 cwhole wheat flour
-
1 1/2 Tbsplight agave nectar
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar, optional
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspcoconut oil
-
1 1/2 Tbspbourbon (plus more to drizzle)

1/4 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Blueberry Desert
- Coat blueberries in corn starch by giving them a toss in a bowl. When done, add in the remaining filling ingredients. Pour into an oven-safe baking dish (apx. 1 qt. size.)
- Next, prepare topping by mixing together all the topping ingredients. Spread evenly over berries in baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour in a 375 oven. When cooked through, remove from oven and sprinkle additional bourbon on top. (Use as much or as little as you wish.) Allow to cool, then prepare to enjoy.
