frozen blueberries (fresh when in season)
1 Tbsp
3 Tbsp
light agave nectar
1 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp


1/2 c
rolled oats
1/4 c
chopped toasted slivered almonds (you can use regular or sliced)
1/4 c
whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tbsp
light agave nectar
1 Tbsp
brown sugar, optional
1/4 tsp
2 Tbsp
coconut oil
1 1/2 Tbsp
bourbon (plus more to drizzle)
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Blueberry Desert


  • 1Coat blueberries in corn starch by giving them a toss in a bowl. When done, add in the remaining filling ingredients. Pour into an oven-safe baking dish (apx. 1 qt. size.)
  • 2Next, prepare topping by mixing together all the topping ingredients. Spread evenly over berries in baking dish.
  • 3Bake for 1 hour in a 375 oven. When cooked through, remove from oven and sprinkle additional bourbon on top. (Use as much or as little as you wish.) Allow to cool, then prepare to enjoy.
