Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam, seedless
- 1-1/4 cup blackberries (fresh or frozed, thawed)

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 and lightly grease one 8X8 pan.

Step 2Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy... add egg and mix well.

Step 3Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in separate bowl.

Step 4Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, then stir in vinegar and juice.
