Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- 1 cup sugar (or 1/2 splenda 1/2 sugar)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 small lime, squeezed
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar ( or 1/2 splenda 1/2 sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
How To Make blackberry cobbler

Step 1toss together blackberries, tapioca, 1 cup sugar, pinch of salt and juice of half a lime. Pour into a flat baking dish

Step 2Blend together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, coconut, salt and chopped pecans. knead in butter. Blend in beaten egg

Step 3spread topping on top of berries and bake 45 min at 375 degrees. serve warm with ice cream
