Warm, comforting, and the perfect amount of sweetness leaves everybody feeling satisfied. Goes very well with vanilla ice cream

fresh or frozen blackberries
1/4 c
tapioca
1 c
sugar (or 1/2 splenda 1/2 sugar)
1 pinch
salt
1/2 small
lime, squeezed
1 c
all purpose flour
3/4 c
sugar ( or 1/2 splenda 1/2 sugar)
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 c
shredded coconut
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/2 c
softened unsalted butter
1 large
egg

How to Make Blackberry Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  • 1toss together blackberries, tapioca, 1 cup sugar, pinch of salt and juice of half a lime.
    Pour into a flat baking dish
  • 2Blend together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, coconut, salt and chopped pecans. knead in butter. Blend in beaten egg
  • 3spread topping on top of berries and bake 45 min at 375 degrees. serve warm with ice cream
