While recently traveling in East Tennessee with my family, we stumbled across a great little restaurant. For dessert, my husband ordered his favorite, blackberry cobbler. I asked for a bite, and didn't want to give him the bowl back! The cook came out and talked with us, and she gave me the recipe. I've tweaked it, just a bit! Very easy and VERY YUMMY!
