Ingredients

  • 1 can peach pie filling (21 oz can)
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed
  • 1 cup original bisquick mix
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
  • - additional sugar, if desired
  • - ground nutmeg, if desired

How To Make bisquick peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    In ungreased 8-inch square pan, spread pie filling and sliced peaches; place in cold oven. Heat oven to 400°F; let pie filling and peaches heat 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Bisquick mix, 1 tablespoon sugar, the milk and butter with fork until soft dough forms.
  • Step 3
    Remove pan from oven. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto warm peach mixture. Sprinkle with additional sugar and nutmeg.
  • Step 4
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is light brown
