Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    berries
  • 1/4 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    raw sugar

How to Make Berry Cake for One

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease 10 ounce ramekin with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, milk and butter until incorporated.
  5. Place berries into ramekin.
  6. Pour batter on top of berries.
  7. Sprinkle with raw sugar.
  8. Bake for 20 -25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Enjoy!
