The store had strawberry and blueberry's on sale, being it the dead winter thought it was odd, we purchase them anyway, they were not as good as the summer fruit, not bad, just not as sweet. I figured I would try to do something sweet with them,.

  • 3 c
    sliced strawberries and blueberries
  • 1/4 c
  • 1
    juice of an orange
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    milk, low-fat
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • ·
    whipped cream

How to Make Berry Berry Crisp


  1. spay a 7x13 baking dish with pam, preheat over 375 degrees
  2. in a bowl mix the berries, sugar, juice and vanilla, pour into the the baking dish.
  3. back berry mixture for 10 mins, remove from oven, mix in the cornstarch and set aside.
  4. in a medium bowl mix together the bisquick, milk, 1 tbs of sugar, and melted butter until a dough forms.
  5. drop the dough by spoonfuls over the berry mixture and bake @375 degrees form 30 mins or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool and serve with whipped cream on top
