Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar or splenda sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon light salt or salt
- 1 cup butter or light butter
- 2 1/2 cups frozen or fresh berries
- 4 pounds golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- - cinnamon to taste
How To Make berry-apple crunch

Step 1Combine 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar or Splenda sugar and light salt in a bowl; cut in butter with pastry or a fork blender and mix until crumbly.

Step 2Combine the berries, apples, remaining 1/4 cup of flour and remaining sugar or Splenda sugar in a large bowl; toss to mix and spoon into a grease 13x9" baking pan.

Step 3Cover with flour mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Cool slightly before serving. Serve with berries, if desired. Serves 12.
