Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 firm bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons spiced rum
- 2 10 in flour tortillas
- 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
- vanilla ice cream
How To Make bananas foster chimichangas

Step 1Melt butter in large skillet.

Step 2Add sliced bananas. Add brown sugar and rum.

Step 3Heat until brown sugar melts and alcohol evaporates.

Step 4Take tortilla and add half of banana mixture in the middle and roll up like a burrito with the ends in.

Step 5Wipe out skillet and add oil. Heat oil over medium high heat. Cook until medium brown on both sides.

Step 6Drain on paper towel

Step 7Serve Chimichanga with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
