"ALMOST SINFUL", very creamy and very easy.
A dessert in amazingly just seconds.. . by using just your blender.


Note:
Can be full of calories and can be Low in calories, Its Your Choice;
ie Suggestins you can use 1% milk and Low fat Yogurt in place of reular higher caloie types.
For Strawberry Mousse; Use FRESH Strawberries in place of Bananas.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • MOUSSE

  • 2 Tbs
    whole milk or see notes for subs
  • 4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 large
    banana, cut on quarters
  • 1 C
    plain yogurt or see notes for subs. or sub low fat cool whip
  • GARNISH OR TOPPING

  • 1 large
    banana, slicd in 1/4 inch slices (garnish)

How to Make Banana Mousse By Freda

Step-by-Step

  1. Place 1st 4 ingredients in Blender.
    Blend @ high speed til smooth (about 15 sec.)
  2. Pour into med Bowl; Fold in yogurt or the LOW FAT COOLWHIP Gently & carefully.
    Chill.
    Spoon into (4) dessert glasses;
    Garnish tops with 2 banans slices on top of each, just before serving.
    Add a pretty Strawberry (stem on) can set this Dessert over the top

    SUGGESTION:
    Double or tripple recipe for more servings.

    ENJOY, Dessert so quick you will amaze youself.
