Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • FILLING:
  • 4 - 6 - bananas, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 - pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 - tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 - pkg. instant pudding - lemon or vanilla
  • 3 cups cold milk

How To Make banana delight

  • Step 1
    CRUST: Cut margarine into flour, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in a 325 degree oven or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. FILLING: Lay bananas on cooled crust. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together and fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over bananas. TOPPING: Beat together cold milk and instant pudding, pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
