Ingredients
- STREUSSEL TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup flour, self rising
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- FILLING:
- 1 cup flour, self rising
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 - medium bananas, sliced
How To Make banana bread cobbler

Step 1For streusel topping: Stir together brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Stir in oats and pecans. Set aside.

Step 2For filling: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease an 11 by 7 inch dish. Whisk flour, sugar, and milk just until blended. Whisk in melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. Top with banana slices and streusel topping. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
