Ingredients For banana bread cobbler

  • STREUSSEL TOPPING:
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    flour, self rising
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    uncooked regular oats
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • FILLING:
  • 1 c
    flour, self rising
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 4
    medium bananas, sliced

How To Make banana bread cobbler

    For streusel topping: Stir together brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Stir in oats and pecans. Set aside.

    For filling: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease an 11 by 7 inch dish. Whisk flour, sugar, and milk just until blended. Whisk in melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. Top with banana slices and streusel topping. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
